Thank you for the spam comment. You do bring up a good point I like to make to my clients when I can--there are NO "systems" that help you beat traffic tickets. Courts, judges, prosecutors are different from court to court, county to county. Within NY alone there are two very distinct court types which handle traffic tickets (the TVB and everything else) and no single system could possible address the differences. And that's just ONE state. Now consider 50 different states with various policies and procedures in each of them. Please, do your research, speak to friends, family, local attorneys and come up with a game plan. Do not rely on a one page marketing sheet which insists there is some blanket "trick" or "argument" for getting a ticket dismissed. Such a single trick just doesn't exist.

Gianni-I feel your pain both on the scarcity of parking spaces and on the volume of parking tickets issued. Unfortunately, I may not be the best person to comment on parking situations as our firm focuses primarily on moving violations. I'm actually unaware of the issue you mention concerning double parking in Brooklyn as compared to Queens.

sounds good although in Queens we have a training site for NYC taffic officers and QueenIts, Specifically Astoria, L.I.C as well as the "Ditmars" areas are targets for a trainiinng ground.
In addition it seems that on practically each corner there is a no standing sign. Why is that? The resulting of number of tickets issues is incredible, more-so than that is the unavailability of parking spaces in general. I recently spoke with an employee of the D.O.T who said that was the result of complaints be home owners. That seems a bit far fetched. Look forward to hearing from you. Gianni Vlacich 22 17 73 st East Elmhurst N.Y. 11370
P.S. why is it that in Brooklyn durning althernate street parking cars are allowed to double park on opposite side and not so in Queens?

I'm confused. Don't hazard lights use the same bulb as turn signals?
